Peggy, our beautiful Bubble Waffle Bar, was born from a dream and inspired by our incredible Mum, Pamela — lovingly known as “Peggy”. What started as an idea to convert a horse box became a passion project, pushed forward by Mum’s words: “Do it girl and go hard!” Even after her stage 4 cancer diagnosis, she remained our biggest cheerleader, inspiring us with her strength, community work, and unstoppable spirit.
Though she never saw the finished bar, her energy runs through every detail — bold, classy, and full of love. Now proudly family-run, our bubble waffles are made fresh, made with love, served with flair, and always in honour of Peggy. We’ve got a plan, and we’re working it, Mum. 💕
